Requirements for your users

Internet Explorer 5.5 and 6, Netscape 7, Mozilla, FireFox, Konqueror.

Internet Explorer 4 and 5.0, Netscape 4 and 6 are also supported but some features like multi-sheet forms will not work.

Requirements for your web server

All you need is a standard web server that handles plain HTML-pages.

Normally, you would use Microsoft Internet Information Server or Apache, since these are the most common web servers.

Excel is not needed on the web server, Excel is only used when you create the initial form.

Requirements for creating forms

123Forms is a plug-in to Excel. You can use you Excel skills to create a web form. If you know how to create a spreadsheet, color cells, set borders etc, you will be able to use 123Forms.

You need Excel 2000, Excel XP or Excel 2003 on Windows NT4, 2000, XP or 2003.

Excel on Macintosh is not supported, but the forms can be published on OSX and used by modern Macintosh browsers.
